Why C-MAC Ghana Exists
We founded C-MAC because we saw Africa being left behind in the global AI race. While artificial intelligence is moving at light speed in other parts of the world, the specific needs of our continent are being ignored and its data is being underutilized. We decided to change that narrative from within.
C-MAC was established to ensure that the AI revolution is powered by African data and engineered by African minds. We recognized that if we did not build our own systems, we would remain consumers of technology that was not designed for us.
We are moving Africa from the sidelines to the centre of the AI era, creating tools that directly improve the lives of farmers and healthcare providers while ensuring our students are the ones writing the code for tomorrow.
